IS LOMBARDO AHEAD OUTSIDE THE MARGIN OR IS THE GOV’S RACE TIED?

So I have two new gubernatorial race polls in my possession – one (Joe Lombardo internal) that nobody else in the media has seen that is two weeks old and shows the gov plus 6 (memo posted below and I have seen the full magilla) and one for KLAS-TV that was taken earlier this month (Emerson) that shows a dead heat (Aaron Ford, 44-42).
